Balsamic Vinegrette

1/3 c. Olive Oil
1/3 c. Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a jar. Shake well until sugar dissolves and refrigerate. Keeps for up to a week in refrigerator.
